We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pico de Loro! The unit was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained — exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect too — close to the beach, pools, and other amenities within the resort. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit! Highly recommended!

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet weekend or a family vacation, this unit is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

I had an absolutely lovely 1-week staycation at Adette’s place. The home was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at peace. Adette was a gracious and attentive host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Loved this place. Perfect location. Near the airport and next to the mall. Very convenient to what you need and extremely safe. Security everywhere and at your building. Love the wave pool and beach pool for my child and loved the view of it from the balcony where I had breakfast. Unit is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hope to be back again.

The unit is spacious and had the amenities we needed. But it will be better if the curtains on the rooms are blackout because of the hot temperature especially noon time. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The host is very responsive.

We enjoyed a nice time at Alysa's place. We encountered no issues during check-in, as they provided us with guidance on what to do. Additionally, the place looked the same as the pictures, but the door knob of the big room is broken - can't be close properly. There is also a water leaking from the toilet bowl. The air conditioner from both of the rooms are rattling may need cleaning or lubricating. It was also convenient for us because we have a car and they provide a free parking space. In general, interaction with the host is excellent, the venue is lovely, and we enjoyed a fantastic visit!

Hosts (Louie and Noel) were both quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was very clean and spacious enough for our family. We are definitely booking Louie's place on our next visit to Pico De Loro.

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. A good place to stay. Worth the Price

The condo and the view from the balcony was amazing! I felt safe. The mall is very close no need to get a taxi which I loved. The pools are amazing and so much fun! The host are wonderful! I will definitely rent again the next time I go to the Philippines!
