The stand alone cottage is set back from the water in a private fenced property with only a couple of other units. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon in the living area. It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

The Sea Turtle Apt. is a separate rental on level 1. It was recently remodeled to add a new kitchen and larger sitting area.

We also have rain water vat for all the water needs and a direct connection to city water when rain water is not available.
