Eco-friendly studio in the Bay

This is an independent maisonette from our house, located at the back of our home. The entrance via the garden is common but access to the rental is independent and open to a covered terrace opening onto a small private garden. Our accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the dirty meadows, a 10-minute bike ride from the city center of La Teste and its colorful and gourmet market, 5 minutes from the center of La Hume, 10 minutes from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the oceana beaches

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
