Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

From the entrance, let yourself be surprised by a large greenhouse bathed in light, a friendly living space with foosball for young and old. The warm wooden living room, its designer furniture create an atmosphere that is both atypical and soothing.

Small house of 60 m2 fully equipped, located in a very quiet condominium 300 m from the port of La Teste, ideal for recharging your batteries. Adjoining the coastal path: not overlooked, a beautiful sunny terrace south-east surrounded by greenery: morning sun until the beginning of the afternoon. Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

Childcare equipment can be loaned.
