Single standing house right at the Great South Bay and next to Bellport Beach. Paddle Boards are popular particularly in the calm morning water. You can also bath and swim directly from the house or from the beach club wearing water shoes. The water and my property is separated by a bulwark. Ladder available in garage to get up. Parking for 4 cars. Bellport village is pretty with small shops, cafes and restaurants. The owner is in New York City. No keys needed for access. Age request 25.

Come and enjoy the comforts of a modern, spacious, clean and basement like in the countryside but in the city, with ample spaces such as the pool and a private jackuzzi for two people and forget about the cold. The renovated basement is inside a family house, so the your place it is a residential area. It is not allowed to smoke, nor extra guests, bringing a guest without authorization is grounds for canceling the reservation and you will lose your money. It is not suitable for minors.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
