Our condo is located in the quaint little town of Cedar Key on the Gulf of Mexico. Cedar Key has lots to offer. Fishing. Boating. Shopping. Restaurants. Art boutiques. Small sunny islands that can be accessed by boats and kayaks. Our condo has a pool and hot tub and a boat wash area. There is a private dock on the intercostal that when the tide is right you can pull your boat right up to. Also Fish cleaning station. We have a BBQ grill and picnic tables available on the property.

The waterfront stilt cottage in Cedar Key is stunning. The peaceful community and easy check-in process made for a wonderful start to our vacation. Katie was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the beachfront scenery made for a dreamy backdrop to our mornings and evenings. We were treated to breathtaking sunsets and even spotted dolphins from our porch. Despite the hurricane damage, the community is resilient and welcoming. We were able to explore all that Cedar Key had to offer, and appreciated the amenities provided in the cottage, including ice, coffee, and a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the small beach and the option to rent golf carts, beach chairs, and bicycles. This vacation spot was a random choice for us, but we are so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to others. We're already looking forward to returning in the future.

Katie was great to work with. The unit was perfect for our needs. Something we missed about the unit was it being 3 floors with stairs to climb between floors. If it was listed, we missed reading it. I have bad knees so it wasn't easy for me to climb upstairs to the kitchen on 3rd floor from the 1st floor master bedroom. Overall, the place was great. Easy walking around the area to downtown; restaurants
