Holiday rentals in Cenote Tak Be Ha

We had a wonderful family stay, the house was stunning - well maintained and the design and aesthetic immediately relaxed us. The location is remote in terms of neighborhood, but convenient with town, beaches etc all 15-20 minute drive away. The longest/slowest part is getting out of the neighborhood which as mentioned does not have paved roads yet and is very bumpy path via jungle. The area is quickly growing, the construction was not loud. There is someone that comes on property everyday to clean pool, do maintenance - mostly outside, but it is a glass house. We were out most of the day so it was fine. The house itself again was a star and made our stay luxuriously comfortable!

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour. Premièrement le lieu est paisible et résidentiel et c’est vraiment agréable. La résidence quant à elle est magnifique, le logement est très beau aussi sans compter l’espace piscine qui n’est limite pas à assez mis en valeur dans l’annonce car c’est vraiment superbe. Et la cerise sur le gâteau c’est Frederico. Toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions ou nous aider ! Bref nous sommes ravis ! Si vous venez en voiture aucun risque pour elle, si vous venez à pied c’est top aussi. Je recommande vivement

The place we stayed at was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic, with the ocean just across the street and access to a pool. One tip: wear swim shoes at the beach, as the ocean is rocky. The property is peaceful, and the hosts, Vivian and Isac, are exceptional. They quickly resolved any issues and provided extensive lists of activities when we found seagrass in the ocean made it unavailable. Traveling with our dog, they helped us find pet-friendly options, including restaurants, cenotes, spas, and spiritual experiences. They even assisted us in finding a vet for our dog's health certificate. Renting a car is advisable; we found a great deal without insurance, thanks to our credit card's travel perks. Just be aware of potential higher deposits if using credit card insurance. The hosts were incredibly responsive, answering our texts within minutes and making reservations for us. They treated us like friends, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Just wrapped up my stay here in Tulum and this place was everything. Minimalist, super modern, and squeaky clean down to the tiniest detail. House cleaner came everyday and she was the absolute best. Whether you’re a big family, a group of digital nomads, or just someone looking for a quiet, private getaway, this spot hits every mark. Juan Pablo, thank you for such a beautiful space. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

Lili was an amazing host! She was responsive from the moment we landed till check out time. If we had a question she responded within the next few minutes, gave transportation recommendations, and travel advice. The condo was spotless, the swim up balcony pool area was beautiful and very private. The condos are private, secluded, and secure. From the moment you walk into the lobby to the condos the view is amazing. Additionally, Lili offered several options to get around town such as bicycle, Scooter, or ATV. Would definitely stay here again. The beach was about a 15 minute drive away and several local shops nearby from restaurants to ice cream, local stores.

Me encantó el apartamento. Estaba súper limpio y bien amplio. Fue fácil encontrar el edificio. Sin duda, uno de los Airbnbs más bonitos en los que me he quedado! Mi parte favorita fue la piscina privada, de verdad la pasé increíble aquí. La zona es muy caminable y segura. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
