Holiday rentals with a patio in Center City, Philadelphia

I came for a weekend getaway with college friends and was charged with booking the house. I booked because of how beautiful the place was, but the location was the bonus! We were walking distance to so much. Getting in was a breeze due to the lock box, and upon entry, Mandy had a hand written note and snack for us, such a beautiful touch. I would stay here again, for sure! Thank you for everything!!!

Jamars place was very easy to find, Easy check in, very clean. Well stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and tea. Jamar was very easy to communicate with, responding to my questions within a few minutes. I highly recommend staying at Jamar’s home.

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

What a great place to stay! It was within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and only a ten minute drive to the zoo and the Franklin institute and the fairmint park. We were a family of four with two littles and they enjoyed the toys downstairs as well as the books. The place was very clean and there were tons of helpful amenities - including kitchen supplies. The spacious living/dining room/ kitchen made it easy to watch the kids while we did other things. The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner smelled amazing. The absolute best part was the check out instructions, which asked us to simply turn everything off and lock the door when leaving. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to others.

Cutteeeee apartment. Adorable. I slept hard. Parking is a little tight in the back, but just follow the hosts instructions and youll find it.

Diamond's apartment was extremely comfortable. True to the description and the amenities listed. Definitely worth what I paid in comparison to a hotel downtown. The unit is a short Uber ride to the Temple University Septa station. I Outside of that, the area was not really walkable or had sit-down eats nearby. Would stay again!

Great location in Manayunk. Walkable to downtown. Having a parking spot was ideal. The space is beautiful and unique. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again on another trip to Philly!

This was a great Airbnb! The thoughtful details throughout made me feel like there was thought and care in every decision, rather than “what is the cheapest thing I can get to mark this off my list?”. From the quality pots and pans to the higher end hair dryer, and the cleanliness and decorations. There was even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized one had been forgotten! It seems like Chandra knows what it’s like to stay in an Airbnb and make it homey- like staying with friends.

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

We had a great stay overall! The Airbnb is located in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood that’s absolutely beautiful. The house itself is small, charming and historic . Only book this if everybody is able bodied and steady on their feet: the stairs are very, very steep and twisty, and there are thin metal railings attached to parts of the wall that might be hard for some people to grip. Also, bring ear plugs: attic bedroom has no door, and one of the second-floor bedrooms just has a thin accordion door. Supplies provided: conditioner (no shampoos or body wash); salt and pepper; a bag of coffee grounds. Cleanliness: couch could use a professional cleaning, but we put a blanket over it. Bed linens and pillows felt a bit dusty/musty but overall fine.

The house was great! We were close to all the festivities and the city. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided great snacks and drinks. That was a great treat upon arrival. We would love to stay again!! Thank you!

Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

My group and I enjoyed Karena’s home. It was very clean and looked as described. There was more than enough space for a large group and plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. She was responsive upon arrival and very helpful. Plenty of street parking. Would book again.

This 5-level (including the roof) townhouse is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 8. We had no trouble finding street parking each day for all 3 of our cars, and the apartment was extremely well equipped -- with everything we could have even imagined needing -- and then some. We would LOVE to come back sometime!

We had a great stay at Meng's place. The location was perfect for us to attend our son's college graduation activities. The place was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had no problem finding either street parking or parking in the lot with the parking pass. The rooftop patio was an added bonus just wish we had more time to spend up there.

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

This was a really cozy and well designed spot. Beds were very comfortable. We felt really at home while here and host was exceedingly accessible! Enough towels and cleaning products for our stay. A few seasonings and coffee in the cabinet. I would happily stay here again. We are southern folk in town for an event at Franklin Field. Sprouts is a 7 minute walk from the home. Dave and Busters even closer, but that’s about it. Not a very walkable area although next to water. You’ll love the home, but if you need to get about the city, you need a car, public transport or a budget for Uber/Lyft. Not far from Independence Park, ChinaTown, and City Hall, but not walkable. I think the home is bigger than the pictures’ impression. Loved it here. Google pics are old so don’t be afraid 😂😂😂

The property was clean and matched the description, which made for a comfortable stay. While the host’s communication could have been a bit more timely, everything else went smoothly overall. I would recommend this place to others looking for a reliable stay.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !
