Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Center District

I am very lucky to book here. It is 1 km walk from the bus terminal, 1 km walk from the downtown of the scenic spot, and there is a large supermarket 300 meters away. The landlord is kind enough to leave luggage free of charge. The room is clean and newly decorated, especially quiet. Recommend everyone to live here.

Wonderful place to stay in Ljubljana. Ljubljana is entirely walkable, but just about 5 minutes walk to the main square with the triple bridges. Babu’s street food is right outside the apartment, and he’s so friendly and makes great food from Bangladesh. Suzana responded politely and promptly to me. I would totally recommend this place.

The stay at Tina and Igors house was wonderful! The house is even nicer then in the description and pictures. Two saunas, a whirlpool, the outdoor kitchen... And everything is top notch and up to date, e.g. the kitchen is really well supplied and you have everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time there and the communication was always super easy and friendly. We definitely want to return and also recommend it to everyone.

We loved our stay at Nataša’s, it’s bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos. We rented the ground level of the house - looks like there is also a basement and upper level with separate entrances available to stay. Host was always responsive and helpful, house was spotlessly clean, and amenities provided were above and beyond. We hope to be back!

The place was very quiet and conveniently close to the river, making it a peaceful retreat. Ales was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. It truly felt like an authentic local living experience. We were very satisfied with everything and would happily stay again 😊

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern und wir konnten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super logement à proximité du centre ville de Ljubljana, nous nous y rendions rapidement grâce aux 2 vélos mis à disposition gratuitement. Marko est un hôte très amical et généreux. Un grand merci !

Ziga, Urska and their dad were such gracious and kind hosts. everything in the house was perfect, easy bus ride to the town centre, the garden is beautiful to just relax and read if that is what you would like to do and the house is very comfortable and convenient. Ziga's dad is a nature enthusiast and gave us great recommendations for hikes in and around Ljubljana.

Marko’s place was exactly as described & a wonderful & enjoyable central location for our stay in Ljubljana. The apartment was bright & spacious & very comfortable for a family of four. Communication with Marko was easy & the apartment was clean with all the amenities you would require. Restaurant’s, the main city attractions & the ambient nigh-life were only minutes away but yet the apartment was still in a quiet location. Highly recommend. A note about the bell ringing in Ljubljana as there is quite a lot of it especially at the weekend but no matter where you stay in Ljubljana you cannot avoid this. The weather was quite warm during our stay & the air conditioning was very much appreciated as there is air conditioning between the bedrooms. Our only worry was parking for our hired car as there is no parking in the old city or around the apartment itself but we found a close car park at Poljanski nasip 24-34, 1000 Ljubljana, which was free from 7pm to 7am & only €1.50 per hour after.

This place is very cosy and feels like home the moment you arrive. good size, very clean, and the host met us at checkout to explain everything. washer was great for clean clothes! there is a playground right there which is great for kids. Definitely walkable to the old town (and I had my 40 lb toddler in a carrier). very quiet with exterior blinds that make it nice and dark for sleep. AC works great too. No issues with Ubers picking us up too and it was only a 5 min ride to the downtown car rental if you want to get a car for a day and explore the lakes or more of Slovenia. hosts were so kind and helpful!

This is one of the best Airbnb locations we have stayed at. It is located in the middle of Old Town and is steps fom the river front. It is peaceful, quiet and private with a stunning view of the city. Andrej is a very proactive host, providing restaurant recommendations and was able to assist us when we had questions or needed help. He is incredibly kind and is one of the most accommodating hosts we have had - really top notch! We had a wonderful stay, in a beautiful city and would do it again! Thank you Andrej for a delightful holiday!

Iztok is a most warm and friendly host. He gave us loads of recommendations for things to do, and places to eat and drink. He was always available, but without being intrusive. The apartment was truly unique, it was full of character and was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a short walk to the river, shops, restaurants and all the other attractions of the city. However, the garden apartment is an oasis of calm and tranquility - a place to truly relax after enjoying Ljubljana’s vibrancy.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Ivanas apartment. Ivana was a wonderful host - always responsive and very helpful. Lovely thoughtful touches like fresh bread, milk, butter, jams, cheese, yoghurt as well as drinks in the fridge when we arrived. What a treat for us! Fabulous area - walk into town was so easy and Ivana was helpful with telling us where we could park our car nearby. Would highly recommend Ivanas apartment to stay in beautiful Ljubljana

A very cosy place at the heart of the old town! The location could not be better and the apartment is perfectly described. I had a great stay here and would have stayed longer if it were not booked. (Note: It is on the 3rd floor, so you just need to be prepared to carry your bags up, but the stairs are not 'tall' ones.). Overall, I highly recommend.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Wohnung von Luka, in einer kleinen Gasse am Rande der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Luka hat für uns Obst, Kekse und Wein da gelassen. Wegen der Hitze haben wir nicht auf der Galerie, sondern auf dem Ausziehsofa geschlafen, was auch bequem war. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Innenhof des Hauses abstellen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Manyas place was light and spacious. The location is perfect for walking to the enchanting old town of Ljubljana.

The apartment was huge with cool old world paintings on the ceiling! We liked the location of this apartment more than anything. It is right on the walkway along the river with a beautiful view out the large front windows. We had a family of 5 and it was a great size for that. We would definitely stay here again!

One of my favourite Airbnb stays ever! Really fun decorated space, much larger than I expected and in the best possible location. A quiet street but in the middle of all the action. Couldn’t recommend it more!

It's difficult to put into words how good of a stay we had. Out of all the amazing things this accomodation provided, be it the central location or the squeaky clean appartment, what stood out the most was our host Polona. Helpful, reposnsive, caring (she knew we were in town to celebrate a milestone, so she left a surprise for us) it cannot be overstated how at home she made us feel. If you decide to travel to this picturesque city, I would make it my priority to stay in this accomodation, since it made us feel like we were at home away from home.

Really helpful host. We did have a problem getting in initially - key lock was tricky. This was remedied quickly. Clean and modern apartment. Location is a little noisy but to be expected in central area and quietens later in the evening

We had such a lovely time at the Riverview Appartment! Beautiful views, a lovely cozy and spotlessly clean appartment, where we immediately felt at home. The area is filled with nice restaurants, art galleries and supermarket, bakery and nice cafes are right there. Neverless it was very Zen and not at all noisy. Barbara was always responding to our messages and she gave us so many good tips! The Check-in and Check-out were really easy, the appartment was superwell equipped and the area is just so amazingly beautiful! We will be back for sure! A million thanks, Simone and Pablo

Ein wunderschönes Domizil, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Das Apartment ist hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt – man merkt, dass viel Herzblut hineingesteckt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: komfortables Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche und ein einladender Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Besonders positiv: der unkomplizierte Check-in und die schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der uns tolle Insider-Tipps gegeben hat.
