The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer microwave and washer/dryer, and has a dining table which comfortably seats four. The lounge are has two large sofas, and a televison with Freeview. There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed which can convert to a twin bed and a wardrobe. There is also another double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a family bathroom. Ample parking is available for tenants use. £30 worth of electricity is included in the rental for this property. Electricity cards are available to purchase if more electricity is required. Heating by electric radiators.

This self contained studio is 5 mins drive from M1. It is 10-15 mins walk from the train station to central London in 30 mins. Luton airport is 10 minutes drive & Heathrow is 45 minutes. L&D Hospital is 5 minutes walk. It has its own access separate to the main house. It’s ideal for short stay travellers. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. It’s not suitable for children. Due to age of the painting, there are few spots on the walls. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR MAIL OR DELIVERIES.
