Distance from parking 30 m. altitude and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill:) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the hut. Electricity is limited - solar panel. There is a boat on the river (Sharka) paddles are inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. About 300 meters from the house there is a sandpit with the possibility of bathing in clean water. The towns of Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem and Milovice can be found within 15 km. You'll love my place because of its cozyness and peace of mind including a large garden. If you like cycling, fishing or canoeing, you're in the right place.
