The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building in the town of Sedlec-Prčice. A quiet place in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Fully equipped kitchen. In the outdoor part of the building, there is a day bistro, where it is possible to arrange meals. You can visit a workshop with 3D printing directly in the building. In the apartment you can admire the works of Czech and world artists. The apartment is new after complete renovation. Until November 2025, there will be no parking and use of the garden due to ongoing reconstruction. Parking in front of the building on the street.

Roubenka u Monínce

The cottage is suitable for families with children, but also for a group of friends. There is a beautiful 3500m2 garden around the cottage. There is an above ground pool and also a pond in the backyard. Children have a house with a slide, swings and a trampoline. The cottage also has a pergola with a grill, smokehouse and seating area. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, a common room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. Near the cottage is the Monínec area, where there are many attractions both in winter and summer. You can also ski there. There are lots of sights around the cottage.

Apartment no. 4 - 1st floor in the town of Sedlec-Prčice

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the town of Sedlec-Prčice, near the ski resort Monínec. It is fully equipped with a kitchen unit, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Right in the building it is possible to try a 3dtisk in the workshop of the building owners. Possibility to arrange meals. There is no parking or use of the garden due to the ongoing renovation by November 2025. It is not possible to bring pets to this apartment. The bedroom overlooks the Prčice Castle.

Just an hour drive from Prague, in the middle of beautiful nature and with many options for active rest all year round. We rent a cottage (or apartments - see separate offer) in a beautiful picturesque village near Tábor. Each apartment has its own kitchenette and bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the common room, where you can comfortably cook for several people. A dead-end street leads here, and the woods and meadows start right behind our house, where you can go for a walk. We keep 2 horses and other animals that your children can meet and feed. You can reach Monínec in 10 minutes by car.
