Loved staying at Dee's place! She is a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome, along with her family. The location is very quiet and secluded, just outside of central Oakhurst, so a car is beneficial to reach the property. The studio is spacious and has a fridge and microwave, along with crockery and cutlery and 2 large beds. The wifi worked well and there is ample parking space. Driving time to the south entrance of Yosemite NP is 30 mins and to the main street in Oakhurst is around 7 mins. Here you can find 2 supermarkets and restaurants, etc.

We had an incredible time staying this Airbnb. Our host, Pamela, has thought of every detail and there is nothing that you’ll need. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us where everything was. We truly felt welcomed and we look forward to staying here again. You cannot beat the location. When we first arrived we were so surprised by how quiet it was and we were there to disconnect from our stressful jobs. We really enjoyed the beautiful beaches and forest!

Such a lovely place. Jennifer was great, good place to crash for the night. It has all the essentials and her dogs were also very cute. Good mini space and wonderful backyard too with lots of sitting areas. She was so flexible with us and was good at communicating. Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable option close to Lake Tahoe!

We stayed here to avoid a long commute to the children’s hospital. It was just 10 minutes away, and the area was peaceful and beautiful. The property was excellent for my children (6 & 8) and they took full advantage of the pool, swingset, and toys in the yard. Additionally, the casita was neat and had everything we needed. The cold AC was welcome on a hot day. Chuck was clear, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Should we have additional visits, we will definitely be returning!

Kristie’s place was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. I appreciated a dedicated parking spot, the ability to come and go without disturbing anyone, the quality sheets, and a nice AC unit that was easy to use. Kristie was very responsive, kind, and good natured. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely book again when I go back to the Central Valley.

This place has a quiet kind of magic. Nestled deep in the canyon, it felt like we had stumbled onto a little secret. Peaceful, beautifully lived-in, and full of soul. Every corner of the cottage felt intentional and warm, like staying in the home of a friend with impeccable taste. We left feeling rested and recharged. It was the perfect impromptu city escape.

We had the pleasure of staying with Chris when we came to visit for a family friend’s graduation. This place is beyond beautiful. We arrived in the middle of the night because of work obligations, but Chris provided us very clear instructions on how to get into the property. When we awoke, we were deep inside what looked a felt like a fairy garden. It was so peaceful to wake up and see green leaves from a serene garden surrounding us. Hear the chirping and chittering from the nearby wildlife, and see a gorgeous stained glass window painting the wall in color as the sun rose. It was pretty magical, it felt like I was in the coastal Barbie house of my dream. And to top that off, we were welcomed with a sweet little treat basket with goodies and a stocked fridge full of drinks and coffee. Highly would recommend staying here and looking forward to staying with Chris again.

Jeremiah and Christina place was very well kept and clean with plenty of extra towls and sheets. The fresh muffins was very thoughtful and tasted yummy. The beds were very nice and comfy at night. Thank you both for an amazing stay!

I always stay at Airbnb's when I'm traveling... this one exceeded all of my expectations! Mike's place is paradise. The views are phenomenal and the little coastal town of Pacifica is welcoming and comfortable. They recommended lovely hikes and places to eat. (Devil's slide hike was spectacular and make sure you check out Soul Grind Cafe!) I can't wait to visit again next year!!!

Diana’s place was beautiful- we loved the walk up to the penthouse surrounded by plants and the little porch where you could sit and enjoy the outdoors.

My stay was comfortable and easy! It’s a tiny space but just enough for one or two people, there’s a kitchen and a cute outdoor space- overall a great place to stay not too far from downtown San Jose!

Location is peaceful and quiet away from the city. Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Outdoor area was spacious. Close to Kings Canyon National Park.

Jeanne Marie and Colby were great hosts and both greeted us upon arrival. Nice to see Colby's friendly face as we came and left. Room was clean and organized. Snacks and drinks were provided and allowed us a late check out. In the room was a wonderful list of restaurants and things to do in the area. Location was very convenient not to close or distant from downtown Morro Bay and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend staying here and will do so on our next travel to the area. Johanna’s place was cozy and comfortable, the perfect home base for our excursions in the area. You would never believe that it’s only minutes away from the river, wineries, some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life and more. Coming home to the hot tub surrounded by nature and the stars is such a huge plus. Johanna is also extremely friendly and responsive!

The intentionality of this place shines through! The sweet garden, the decor touches, the record player—it all feels extremely thoughtful. We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed the cowboy hot tub!

Christy is a fantastic host and we felt warmly welcomed.

Very quiet, super clean, lots of extras for any need we had! Great location and wonderful walking trails. Sara was so kind and accommodating. Would for sure stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. It was incredibly clean—one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever seen! We immediately felt at home, which we truly appreciate. What we particularly valued were the little details. Even though we didn’t meet the hosts, there were thoughtful items throughout that were genuinely useful. Since we traveled with just backpacks and hand luggage, we were very grateful for these conveniences. Although we don’t know who decorated the house, they definitely have great taste. The place captures the typical American flair beautifully. We will certainly recommend it to others!

Tracy’s Peaceful Suite was indeed peaceful. The location was close to the water, hikes and restaurants. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Everything was perfect, inviting and clean! Tracy was always available for any questions or recommendations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host! I highly recommended you book her place. You will not be disappointed!

Place was great! Small, but that was great for us. Loved that it came with the bikes, surfboards, hot tub, fire pit, etc. we used everything! Evan was very responsive to questions and helpful with recommendations.

If you want privacy, peace and quiet, this Airb&b is for you!!!! Located near the top of a mountain, where there is no traffic and very few people. The accommodations were excellent and the room was the size of a small apartment, modern and comfortable. Being an extremely light sleeper, this was heaven for me to finally get four restful nights of sleep. Definitely something hotel/motels DO NOT provide. The large windows overlooking the valley below were breathtaking. Extra bonus was the deer grazing out front. Needless to say, we did not want to leave.

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
