Holiday rentals with a kayak in Central Coast Council

We’ve had an amazing stay at Dave’s place, it’s a great weekend getaway from the city, the hot tub, the cozy fireplace and the kayaking were my highlight. The kitchen has everything you’ll ever need and more. We came back completely fresh and recharged. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Delightful light filled three bedroom cottage which was spotlessly clean. We felt right at home immediately and so comfortable. It didn’t matter where you put your hand in the kitchen, whatever you needed was there. The layout of the kitchen was logical and thoughtful. Huge pantry with various supplies to complement whatever you might be cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and complemented by crisp linen and a variety of pillows. The bathroom was very new and spotless. It is by far the best B n B in which we have stayed. Check in was simple and convenient. The secure parking was a bonus. Sharon and Andrew were marvellous hosts, friendly and helpful. We shall return. Thank you guys for a lovely stay. We felt very welcome.

What a fantastic find! Suited our needs perfectly. Extremely well equiped and beautiful, luxurious decor. It was spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of and more. Pantry was loaded with basics , welcome basket was….well, welcome and a few toys and games intrigued our 3 yr old. Outside was just as lovely but the weather prevented us from making the most of it.. We spent the day at the Amazing Adventure Park at Wyong Creek. Would recommend it for those with young kids.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is a such a beautiful home and in a great location. So close to Avoca town centre as well as great local walks to cafes, shops and the beach. The house was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Being so close to the lake was such an added bonus! Felicity even provided a fantastic travel cot and highchair for our little ones. It's a great place to stay both with or without kids. As a family of 5 with 3 babies we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back. Highly highly recommend!

We had the most peaceful weekend getaway. Gareth’s place was the perfect location to unwind and get away from the hustle and buzzle of Sydney. We loved the kayaks and used them as our daily mode of transportation. There was amole to do with trips to the Osyter Farm, secluded beaches and nice cafés. We thought it was so accommodating of Gareth to pick us up and brought us back to the station. Also the CD player and board games catapulted us into another time…. it was such a relaxing weekend! Highly recommend

Penny’s house was exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing & peaceful girls weekend away. Beds were extremely comfortable & the living/kitchen area was perfect for chilling. It’s beautifully decorated & set up, with great amenities for summer (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to cold weather). A close walk to the beach & pub, and only 15min into Umina and Ettalong, we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay! The place was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Kate was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything super easy. The jetty was a highlight, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

This place is home away from home, there is everything you would want for a great holiday, from life jackets for you and the kids to all you need in the shower. I would recommend Pavla and Luke's accommodation to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

Simone's little cottage was a delight. Loved the location. Was very quiet, although one of our nights the neighbours little dog barked long enough to wake us, but didn't bark all night. I would definitely stay again. I would just advise other guests that are use to a King bed that was our only issue but definitely NOT a deal breaker. Lots of options to sleep separately if its only the 2 of you and simone is aware that you need to use 2 beds. We had an issue with the kettle the first night and Simone dropped a replacement down within 5 mins of me messaging her. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Louise's place is beautifullll - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had such a lovely weekend there, the house is gorgeous and homey and has everything you need. The location is just stunning! It was so peaceful, there's some beautiful walks to do (including a nice waterfall!). There's absolutely nothing I'd change about it all - if you get a chance to stay here, definitely do.

A beautiful place to get away from it all, just one hour from Sydney. Nicky's place is a boating paradise with private local beaches for swimming, endless waterways to explore, and great fishing off the jetty. Perfect for reading a book on the deck or daybed in absolute peace while soaking up gorgeous views. Already planning our return!

Lovely cabin on the lake in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortable bed, unfortunately very windy so we didn’t get to use the kayaks

Ann’s place is very peaceful and set on large acreage which was a wonderful way for our family and dogs to relax. We had a very lovely stay, thank you!

Lovely peaceful spot, no traffic, train or watercraft noise, near the end of a culdesac on a quiet road. The studio is separate from the main house (by about 20m) and feels very private. We would come again. One issue was we couldn't get the aircon to blow warm, but Sak came over straight away and sorted it out (you have to have it on high fan, as well as heat and the correct temp). There are eating utensils and crockery enough for two people, as well as a fridge, kettle and toaster. Basically a lovely stay and a beautiful spot!

Excellent cabin in a lovely tranquil location. Great hosts with everything that you need in the cabin plus more, to have a relaxing time outside of the city. Great for fishing and beach walks, close to amentities if you need to stock up on food too.

We had a lovely weekend away on the river! The house was as described and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous place to stay, helpful info from Nicky, wish we could have stayed longer. The setting is so peaceful and loved it even in the cold of winter. Enjoyed paddling there on our kayak from Mooney Mooney, such a stunning part of the world so close to Sydney and wonderful to arrive and enjoy the hot shower and a cup of tea!
