Cheers! We're Pia and Jannick and since we love to travel ourselves, we're happy to provide an affordable and cozy stay. We live in a unique flat, in one of the favored barrios in Graz, at the center and the University. 🤙🏽 You might stay with one of us, have the flat to yourself, or rarely share with other guests. As part of our shared household, we keep it clean and are happy if guests act autonomously, as well. We are happy to arrange anything to make your stay comfortable. 🌿 🫠

Sleep in the old rectory

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument restoration. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as using natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak floorboards, clay plaster, lime paints and a solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Delightful Parish in the foothills of Jizerek

Náš půvabný, nádherný dům z roku 1973, byl původně farou a poskytuje luxusní ubytování pro několik rodin. Zázemí domu si zamilujete - Vaše děti mohou mít k dispozici bazén, stolní tenis, badminton, saunu atd. K dispozici je ubytování i v tzv. Stodole, která také disponuje koupelnou, AC, TV a Xbox, spaním pro 10 osob, kuchyňku a hlavně saunu se světélkujícím stropem. Naše okolí si zamilujete - krásné Jizerky i Krkonoše jsou na dosah.

Chapel of Notre-Dame-du-Rail

I am the former Chapel of Notre Dame du Rail and I once belonged to the Diocese of Nancy. I was built in 1948 by the railway workers, I proudly sport contemporary stained glass windows by the Benoît brothers. Now desecrated, I serve as a dwelling. I am close to the station and all amenities (on foot!) Discover my surprises as well as my quirky and committed decoration... Come and confess your sins;)

Situated on the edge of a quaint village near Magdeburg, our historic building with ambience offers a well-equipped kitchen and a meditation room. 2 bedrooms on different floors feature 2 double beds. There are additional sleeping places for two children. A sauna in the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub offers wellness for mental, mental and physical well-being.

New owner of this beautiful location. Always wanted to spend the night in a church, or better yet, a real church organ? Then come to the Groninger Hoogeland. In our beautiful church "De Kleine Antonius", you actually sleep on the old church organ, where a beautiful double bed has been made.

Fantastic site and house. Former presbytery house, was built 1851, in the middle of Ceske stredohori, near historical small town Ustek. Great place for families, road cycling fans and all kinds of travellers. Trips, walks, yoga, swimming or just hanging out in the garden.
