Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

It boasts a garden perfect for BBQs, a spacious terrace offering breathtaking views, a heated pool, a hot tub, and a sauna (more information about the wellness fee below). Surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to trams leading to the Old Town. If you're seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat within close proximity to the Old Town, then this is the ideal destination for you.

Villa Toscana Luxury Loft & Sauna

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for children that can play in the large outdoor spaces but also for adults that can relax drinking a good italian wine. Guests will have the whole house for them and a private parking.
