Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A 140 sqm, two-storey house, perfect for 4/6 people (it can accommodate up to 8 people), located along the Via Regina, with beautiful views of Lake Como and a garden on two levels. The property is located in the upper part of the enchanting Laglio, a small village characterised by pretty and quiet alleys. The house consists of a living room (lake view), a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a garden with wide lake view. Private parking space on the property.

Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to trams leading to the Old Town. If you're seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat within close proximity to the Old Town, then this is the ideal destination for you.

Once upon a time, in a clearing near a lake, there was a wild and enchanted garden with a river flowing through it. In the heart of this garden, a magical villa awaits you. A spell will be cast over you... and then the perfect fairy tale of these Carpathian Forests will begin! By the way, don't be too afraid of vampires!!! ;) Also, nature will sing its hymn to you from the edge of your windows. But I warn you, don't listen too much to the river, it will petrify you forever...
