Villa Kotiniemi on ihana kohde rentoon mökkilomailuun, mutta myös aktiiviseen toimintaan niin halutessaan. Talvilomailuun hiihtoreitit lähtevät lähes pihasta, moottorikelkkareitit 20 m päästä, sähköpyöräily mahdollisuus tieverkoston puitteissa ( pyörävuokra mahdollinen kahdelle pyörälle), mönkijävuokra, sekä lasten pulkkamäki jossa naruhissi 700m päässä.
