This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. Romantic, small but nice approx. 32 sqm cottage on the outskirts of Berlin, located directly on the bathing lakes Groß Glienicker- und Sacrower See. The cottage is inside in the spring 2021 newly renovated and ideal for two people, we are happy to provide a cot. Rewe, Penny, bakery and are about 1 km away, restaurants closer. Bus stop in the direction of Potsdam and Berlin 50 m. The journey time by car to Berlin-Spandau is 15 minutes, as well as to Potsdam about 15 minutes.
