Our property is located in the center in a quiet, preferred residential area (East City). The main station and the city are approx. 1 km away and within 10 minutes' walk. The "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" bus stop (bus lines 1OO; 2OO; 121) is a 1-minute walk. Restaurants/cafes around the corner. You use your own separate shower room. The room faces the cozy and green courtyard. When the weather is nice, our south balcony invites you to linger. Our place is great for solo and business travelers.

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021.
