Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Central Jakarta City

I had an amazing time at Lily’s!! The house is in a residential area, very calm. Breakfast was lovely every day. I really appreciate the flexibility for check in and check out, as my plane arrived late at night and was leaving early morning! Greatly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Overall my family and I had a very positive experience staying at Mba Astari’s place. House was clean, bedrooms are big, kitchen are fully equipped with cooking utensils and tablewares, amenities are provided. Mba Astari was really friendly, helpful, and responsive. She also went above and beyond to provide utensils for bbq as we stayed there for new year’s eve. Several things to note though: 1. The room without AC was really hot all day, turning on the fan(s) did not really help. Also, the fans were loud so it was better off during the night. We had the door slightly opened and the window opened to let more air in. 2. The toilet in the biggest bedroom’s bathroom is very close to the wall and facing it, would be inconvenient for people with long legs to use. However, there are 3 others toilet you can use without problems. 3. The streets were busy so it was quite noisy all day. The street in front of the house was also a bit narrow, making it tricky to get in and out the carport.

Extremely satisfied with the location. The groundskeeper is understanding and helpful. Recommended.

We had a very good and comfortable stay. The place was very clean and very well located (close to places to eat and shopping malls). Yusuf was in touch and attentive to our arrival to make sure it is in the best way. Thank you Yusuf!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

Pak Yusak's apartment is clean and tidy there are 2 large rooms and a sofa bed complete kitchen equipment and there is a washing machine too although this unit is quite old, it looks like the unit is well maintained highly recommended for a place to stay during holidays in jakarta with family

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience with Kozystay— the hosts & their dedicated guest services deserve FIVE STARS ⭐️! Absolutely one of the best ever on Airbnb! I had to make a last minute booking but they were able to set me immediately for the next day despite the late hour which I contacted them. They replied within minutes & were so incredibly polite, kind and understanding. The apartment itself was immaculate- very clean, very spacious, and you can even see the view of the city! It’s right in the middle of CBD. At the lobby, you’ll have to book a taxi/Grab/Uber equivalent to get to places (but that’s most places in Jakarta) - but the best part is that the bellboys on duty understand English/Bahasa Indonesia and can help you to hail a taxi! If there is any miscommunication on the taxi app, they were very willing to help text or call them directly so you don’t struggle with language barriers for long. I would most definitely book with Kozystay & their apts next time I’m back. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very conveniently located, clean, comfortable. Exceptional communication - very responsive! Building has a lovely pool and pretty well equipped gym too.

Nice and clean apartment. Facilities included gym, indoor and outdoor pool, and direct access to nearby mall. Maria was very quick at responding to any inquiries. Good value for money.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

I needed a place to stay and sent a request at 2am and Novianti promptly answered me and accepted my request. After that she was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Please, if you are ever in Jakarta. Please go to Noviantis listing, she is an amazing host and the location was perfect.

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.
