good accommodation with a very spacious and comfortable place of course, with the price paid feels very suitable and worth it, with Mr. Immanuel who was very helpful before and after arriving at the airbnb.

The house is very homey, feels like home. The room is clean, the housekeeper is very homey and responsible, the pool area is sufficient and clean. 9/10 The most important correction is for the water heater, the direction is the other way around. So my family is really in a lot of trouble, please check it again. The rest is solid

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

A very cozy and comfortable place for my family, we truly felt like we were at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was even able to order home cooked meals directly from the host, which made our stay even more special. This place is absolutely perfect!

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

Great value. Worthwhile if positioning yourself to explore that area of Jakarta, usually too much traffic if having to go towards Central. Building has laundry and convenience stores at ground level. Sounds of normal residential area should be expected, other residents, prayer call and nearby road.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so everywhere is close. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a big & cold fridge. Each room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons: It's jammed on the way to and from work, which is normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less loose. Straight check-in/check-out time 2pm-11am lol

Super good location, would love to visit again

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

Great place to stay in central Jakarta! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was super convenient — we could walk to the mall and other nearby spots. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay, the room is very secure and there's cameras in the building, had no difficulty with shopping or traveling. Friendly people all around and the pool is very well decorated. 10/10 would visit again.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

It's very convenient because it's near a shopping mall.Also, parking was free, which was helpful. You'll find everything you need. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

The location is easy to find and easy to access by gojek grab. Around the apartment there is a lot of good food, you can walk around. The check-in process is easy, just pick up the key at the reception, no need to open this locker, so is the check-out process. The apartment itself is also very safe because there is security because it is part of the hotel. Clean and tidy unit, as shown in the photo. Cold air conditioning, hot water on. The TV provided is big enough, so I'm satisfied with watching it. There are pillows and beanbags, so it's really comfortable. Kak Echa is also friendly and very responsive. Thank you for making a comfortable place to stay! 😊
