Apartment holiday rentals in Central Station area, Milan

Such a great location! I was only in Milan for two nights for the last part of my holiday travels & I’m so glad I found this place. I found some great restaurants close by, shopping area was about a 20 minute walk but so convenient. The apartment was quiet & safe. I recommend this to anyone visiting Milan!

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Die ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse und trotzdem in grosser Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war grossartig, Es bedeutete kein langes Koffer schleppen und beste Verbindungen zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nächster Nähe. Die Unterkunft war mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Die Matratze war komfortabel und die Dusche gut. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Abgesehen von den Lebensmitteln wäre alles vorhanden zum Kochen. Die Wohnungstür zu öffnen gelang uns gut. Sie danach korrekt abzuschliessen, war schwierig. Mit einem Rollladen konnten wir die Türe genug verschliessen und konnten ruhig schlafen. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tadellos. Dankeschön und gerne wieder.

Bruno & Claudia’s place was really nice, Claudia came to greet us on arrival which was super easy. Showed us round the apartment. It was walkable to lots of restaurants, bars & shops which was ideal. Heard no noise whatsoever even though it was in a lively ish area. The place itself was spotless, really homey and had everything you need. Thank you both! We loved Milan and will definitely be back!

Pietro’s place is a rare find, I booked 4 nights. Very close to the metro station by walk and to the central station. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets at the doorstep. The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large private sun facing balcony is a huge bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was exactly as described, with everything we needed. The AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Host was also very friendly and communicated well

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

Fabulous funky spacious apartment. Close to train and metro stations but very walkable too. Nearby restaurants didn’t require a booking. Costanza communicated well right from when we made the booking, and obliged with an earlier check in. Loved staying here and would definitely again if we ever made it to Milano in the future.

Micky是个非常热情友好的人，来到这里有宾至如归的感觉，我们一早10点就到了他的民宿，下午2:00才是check in的时间，他按照我们的时间来帮我们先出存行李，带我们熟悉周边的环境，带我们到地铁站，第二天我们check out时又帮我们储存行李，临时约定的时间由于其他原因Micky等了一个多小时。总之这是我们意大利第一站，Micky是一个非常好的人，给我们很大的帮助，让我们感受到了温暖！这里是一家非常不错的民宿，交通方便，非常温馨舒适！

El departamento es hermoso, amplio, limpio. Si bien el barrio no es lindo, realmente no me arrepiento de haberlo seleccionado. Es muy bueno estar a 4 cuadras de la Estación Central de Milán!! todas las excursiones salen de allí, incluso el hopon hopoff y todos los medios de transporte. Un extra: el restaurante de abajo donde los mozos te atienden espectacular, todo riquísimo y muy económico. Gianluca estaba siempre pendiente para yudarnos con todas nuestras dudas y respondía inmediatamente. Nos tuvo mucha paciencia!! jaja

The location is good, super close to central station which made it easy for us to take day trips to lake como and other destinations around Milan. There are some good local affordable restaurants around within a couple of blocks. The property itself was clean and chic with good natural lighting. The host is responsive and friendly, my husband and I do recommend this Airbnb!

Such an amazing location! The hosts did a great job being proactive about sending directions on how to find the place with a little video and detailed instructions. The place itself was really nice and super clean! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and cozy little apartment in Milan. Ivana was very kind and hospitable. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well, sent us recommendations, and offered help if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Jacopo’s apartment was ideal for our stay in Milan. Close to the train station for arrival and day trips. We found some great restaurants and cocktail bars close by. We had a leisurely walk through the park and to the historic center. Would highly recommend.

My family and I were quite comfortable in Alessandro's apartment. It was well equipped and it was exactly as advertised. The apartment was close to many restaurants, the Metro stop, a good grocery and a Venchi outlet which we frequented. We were there on a Friday night, and it seemed like there was a huge party going on in the streets. While it was a little noisy, it didn't really bother us and our family was able to sleep peacefully in spite of the revelry outside. Lots of police though in the area that evening. Alessandro was always available for any inquiry/questions we had. We will recommend this apartment to friends visiting Milan.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

A really modern and spacious apartment with top end fixtures and fittings. Good size bedrooms and very comfy beds and lovely modern bathrooms with large showers. Very safe neighbourhood and great for walking to the exhibition centre where we were working but Metro link just around the corner. Great to have a decent supermarket right next door (literally). Our only gripes were the lack of sun in the outside spaces which were dark and shaded by upper floors and a lot of noise from early on coming from renovation project next door but no fault of Michele’s. Altogether a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at Marco’s home. The hosts were so kind in allowing us to check in early after a long flight. We had everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the home. There was easy access to public transportation and the home is close to must see spots in Milan. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and communicated promptly. They were very accommodating! We would definitely return.

Wir, ein Ehepaar, waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir mögen große Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation mit Cristiana war sehr gut. Immer erreichbar. Der Empfang mit Martha war sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr sauber und zentral. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2‘ bei Carrefour Express, Via Torino, das Restaurant neben an nur zu empfehlen. Andere Restaurants in der Nähe.sind gut. Die Lage ist optimal. Wir blieben 8 Tage und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Das war eine tolle Woche. Danke

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

The apartment is in a terrific location, an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as being centrally located for all the great sites and attractions of Milan. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and anyone who loves 20th century design will love it! Davide is a very responsive host, very helpful and quick to return messages, and Mario gave us a very warm welcome with all the information needed to make our stay and easy and enjoyable one.
