Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Station area, Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

A marvelous home with a beautiful interior and decor. I’m definitely going to draw some inspiration for my own apartment. The place was quiet and in a very nice location. Mariuccia was also a responsive host. Will definitely come back again!

It is very near the train station. Very convenient for us after we alighted from Milan Central.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

Very modern and well furnished. Although very close to the main road and the tram stop, it was very quiet and felt very secure. We didn’t use any cooking or laundry facilities but everything was available if needed. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated with the high temperatures during our visit.

Highly recommend Rossella’s apartment. Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Lovely quiet, secure apartment block. Everything just as described in listing, handy to restaurants and transport. Would definitely stay again.

Jacopo’s apartment was ideal for our stay in Milan. Close to the train station for arrival and day trips. We found some great restaurants and cocktail bars close by. We had a leisurely walk through the park and to the historic center. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment, had everything we needed. fantastic location near the central train station so easy to get anywhere in Milan. Host was very responsive and lovely and kindly let us leave our bags before the check in time which was extremely helpful.

I can’t say enough about Alessandro. We had a unique situation. It was our daughter who was traveling. Her flight into Milan was cancelled due to mechanical issues. On top of that, she was supposed to arrive in Milan in the middle of a public transportation strike. Very stressful. Alessandro went above and beyond what you would expect from a host, he monitored her flight information and arranged for transportation for my daughter from the airport to the apartment. That eliminated my concern about her having to wait at the airport for many hours for the trains to start running again. It was very comforting to feel like I had a local advocate making sure that everything was going to be taken care of and that there was no reason to worry. If I could pick 6 stars to rate Alessandro as host, that is what I would choose.

Great stay with great location. 5 minutes from the train station, very nice part of town. Laundry was a big plus. Host is great with communication

Federica’s apartment was as pictured in the photos. It is bright, clean and decorated well. I loved the special touches like the live plant and the pictures on the walls. It shows that Federica takes pride in this apartment. The apartment is located within a few minutes’ walk of the central train station and the metro station. There are several restaurants and bars just steps away. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a guest book. I wish she had provided some ideas of where to find great food in the area since there were so many places to choose from. My one disappointment was that the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough. When I visited it was very hot in Milan. I turned the air conditioner to the coolest setting and let it run all day and night, but the bedroom was always too warm.

We had a fantastic stay at Dragan’s apartment in Milan! The location is extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro stations, making it super easy to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, spotless and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our time in Milan was short, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Airbnb! It’s clean, well decorated, comfortable and the terrace is a nice bonus. Paola was a great host and the area has good food just a few blocks in any direction, a small market right next door and is close to metro and train stations. A great place to rest during our travels.

Great host, very flexible and went out of his way to help us. We landed earlier than expected and he was able to have the home cleaned and free before the check in! Was lovely and would deffo book the same place again whenever I go back Milan

Perfect location, right in the heart of Milan. The property was exactly as described, but what really stood out to me was how well cared for it felt. It was spotless, with no dust, damp, or any unpleasant surprises, clearly someone takes real pride in maintaining it 😃. The check-in instructions were straightforward and the host was easy to reach. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.I highly recommend.

Anna was great and helped me with an early check as I needed to refresh after traveling before a meeting. Very accommodating. The apartment was spacious, and fresh, with a contemporary and minimal aesthetic. I always enjoy unpacking when I arrive somewhere new, and the wardrobe here was a standout—clearly designed with a woman’s needs in mind. Anna’s attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The location was accessible and convenient, just a short walk to Brera.
