House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach overlooking it is one of the most beautiful and pristine in the territory, characterized by stones and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges) . Simply put, it's a real house by the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

My home is in the Sestiere Castello, just a few minutes from waterbus stop Celestia. It is a 5 minute walk from the Arsenale and 10 minutes from San Marco Square. The area is quiet and inhabited by Venetians. Nearby there are numerous shops, typical restaurants and chicchetterie (Venetian snack bar).
