This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Our chalet lies against the backdrop of the majestic Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The train station offers good connections to the best sights of the region, including Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe), Luzern and Berne. Great location for skiing (only 20 min to the new Grindelwald Ski Terminal).

Paradise with charm

Enjoy relaxing days in the middle of the Swiss mountains. The small but fine house is located exactly between Engelberg and Lucerne. The former stable was converted into a charming home a good 30 years ago and renovated and newly furnished a few months ago with a lot of love for detail. The beautiful wood paneling gives the house a homely charm. A small paradise where you can relax and unwind. Far away from the hustle and bustle and yet very central.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. This beautiful rustic Heimetli has been newly renovated. It is located above Brienz far from the noise. By car you are in 15 - 20 min in Interlaken. You can drive directly to the holiday accommodation. There are beautiful hiking trails and attractions in the area, such as the Ballenberg. You can shop in the village which is about 2.5 km away. The house has 2 parking spaces and can accommodate 6 persons.
