Access to a private parking space is just 3 min walk from the apartment and with the lake only moments away, you can enjoy a moonlit swim or morning dip before exploring the tranquil surroundings the area has to offer.

The studio is located above the village of Sachseln. It is very quiet and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake and has an outdoor hot tub. In the studio you will find everything you need for a stay with us. The studio is about 500 m from the Chilchweg bus stop. The studio can be reached on foot in approx. 20-30 minutes from Sachseln train station. At Sachseln train station there is also a Mobility location and a charging station for electric cars.

Nestled in a small swiss village 15 mins drive by car from Lucerne and Mount Rigi, this self-contained apartment connected to our family house is a perfect place to base yourself when exploring Central Switzerland. As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

Our 2 rooms are very romantic, quiet and newly built in 2016 in our beautiful farmhouse with quality materials and attention to detail. Both rooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds 220 x 200cm. Self-service breakfast is basic and included in the price (coffee, tea, juice, toast, cheese, yogurt, cereals, etc.). It can be prepared 24 H in the unheated vestibule and taken in the room. Parking is available, the bus station is 1 km away.

Bellagio Minimal Room is located in Suira, a quiet hamlet in Bellagio. It is a studio apartment on the first floor and adjacent to the host's home, which is ideal for guests who want to experience Bellagio surrounded by locals. It is also a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. The strength of Bellagio Minimal Room is its location: it is located really close to the historical center(5 minuts of car), but in a really quiet area.

The studio is 5 minute walk to village center and close to gondola departure.

Most guests simply enjoy the tranquility on our small terrace with stunning views.

The guest suite is located in a separate part of the house with an own entrance, a private furnished garden in a very good and quiet location and is split into two levels. The guest suite offers a fantastic view of the mountains and is situated 3-5 walking minutes away from the centre / train station with various businesses, the post, banks, restaurants and bars.
