Loft holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

Excellent accommodation in a top location!

we had a really nice 2 night stay @MichasUndKims! our room ‚the loft‘ was quiet and specious, beach was near, also some restaurants and bars. our hosts were really nice (speak at least english, vietnamese and german), they gave us good recomodations for their village and also for hoi an. breakfast was also really pretty. we would come again.

Micha and Kim clearly love where they live and their business as it shines through in their service and small touches like providing recommendations of local restaurants and experiences. highly recommend ☺️

Dyda's apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the Central market is being in the hub of the area though only a short walk to the riverfront and the more tourist area. Loved being able to have fresh food market and food stalls all part of the central market. Roof terrace perfect for a breeze.

Location!! Almost opposite the National Museum, Above excellent restaurants, 50 metres to a 7/11 style store, laundry opposite, an NGO Vocational education centre opposite featuring retail, restaurants and events diagonally opposite. The apartment was excellent and being among locals in the building was a great experience. The aroma's of meals being prepared in the evenings and the friendly greetings make it that much better I'd highly recommend the hosts restaurant (20m away) for excellent coffee and friendly service plus great food. Mansour and his wife were excellent hosts and the couple of small issues I had were quickly addressed. Highly recommend.

A beautiful house with two heartfelt hosts . You were integrated directly into the family, got many useful tips and were often simply invited to breakfast or dinner. It was a great time and Maïté and Fabrice could just immediately love Maïté and Fabrice. If we come to Da Nang again, we will definitely come back. Thank you very much

Chi was a great host. The loft is absolutely stunning. The interior design is so beautiful and I think this is a true gem on an Airbnb in that area. However, the area is quite remote and there is not too much to do so make sure to rent a scooter or be up for cabs. Chi does provide bikes for you to get around. It is a very tranquil area with a beautiful cafe just by the rice fields which is a must visit - Coffee Xom Chieu.

Great place and worth the value. Central to everything in Da Nang. When I come back, I’ll stay here again.

Marie-France’s loft is brand new and very well designed. The master bedroom is very comfortable (high quality mattress and bed linen , A/C); the bathroom is spacious with a high pressure rain shower; the living room (with fully equipped open kitchen) is cozy and there is a very nice terrace overlooking the river from which we can enjoy beautiful sunsets. (And the wi-fi is excellent!) A perfect home away from home.

One of the best places in vietnam. The host was quick to respond to any question and request from our side. The room is top notch. A real feeling of home. As a cherry on the cake - the host helped with booking bus tickets. All in all everything was very cool.

Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

It is a new home, and the room is small and beautiful, and it can be seen that the owner has been carefully furnished, and it is not very different from the pictures, there should be a few similar styles, so there will be nuances. Most importantly, the house tube and the host were very nice. I took the initiative to wash my clothes (two packs, free).Also, it was sunny on that day, the second floor was a little hot during the day, and the small brother of the house tube quickly sent me an electric fan. In addition, because Dalat has been raining lately, to take a night bus to leave at night, the host and pledge to tell me that it is possible to check out late for free, allowing me to stay until the night. If you don't want to stay in a noisy city center, you can choose this place, I don't feel inconvenient, I go out to the homestay, and I can also see the whole Dalat, most importantly, the host and the small brother of the house tube are especially good.

What a truly memorable stay! The Mekong River views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to our entire visit. The host was exceptional – incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful, making our stay seamless and stress-free. We also really appreciated how spotlessly clean everything was within the apartment. And the minimalist design concept? We absolutely loved it; it created such a serene and uncluttered environment that truly enhanced our relaxation.

Juan is an amazing host. He is very well informed, hospitable, kind, relatable and helpful in everyway. Whatever I needed, he had no problem to provide it with a smile. He treated me like a friend. 🙏🏾 We had many talks where we learned new things from eachother. We shared a common interest of yoga, so he introduced me to yoga studios that I will return to. The loft and surrounding property is even more amazing in person. He took the time to show me all the amenities of the building which was amazing. The kitchen is stocked with all you need (condiments) to make a meal. The bed is big and comfortable and there is ample storage for short term or long term stays. The decor is so zen and homey. Please respect his property when you visit, he puts a lot of work to make it beautiful for guests and we should return that energy and keep it as beautiful as we received it. Any guest would be pleased and should be grateful to have a host like Juan and to stay in a property as lovely as theirs.

Very close to sites we wanted to see (Lang Khai Dinh, Abandoned Waterpark, Perfume Village, etc). Place itself was great and the host very hospitable and nice. Highly recommend ✨️
