The view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a perfect stay. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here in the future!

The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and everything works very well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Everything is clean. The room has a very nice bed. Excellent air conditioning. Shower with strong, hot water. Fan in the living room and the TVs have Netflix and others. Marshel is very attentive and capricious. I really felt at home.

Our stay in Rodrigo and Eduardo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, very well decorated, clean and with an impeccable structure for those seeking comfort and practicality. The location is another great differential: it is practically in front of MASP, right in the heart of Avenida Paulista, with easy access to several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and tourist spots. In addition, Rodrigo was an extremely attentive and helpful host from the first contact, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. Your hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. We strongly recommend the accommodation and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal.
