The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Excellent location. Clean and well-structured with quality bedding. Air conditioner with heating. Great gym and swimming pool. Perfect for 2pax. Very polite host, even helped me retrieve an item I forgot.

We had some initial problems with the accommodation, but they were promptly resolved by Rogério, who was always in contact with me quickly, willing to help and find solutions. I was very pleased with the attention and kindness! And the apartment is great, comfortable, complete, as described.

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

We had an amazing weekend at Casa Spiral! The location is perfect: we had total privacy, absolute silence and a breathtaking view of the Chapada, and yet we were just a few minutes from the road that connects Alto Paraíso to São Jorge. The decor is extremely tasteful, and the river inside the property provided us with delicious and relaxing baths. The kitchen is super equipped — we prepare several wonderful meals! The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Absolutely, we want to go back!

We stayed at this house to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we couldn't have gone anywhere better to spend these 3 days. The house is compact, comfortable, elegant, complete, with an incredible view and everything you need. We had our breakfast and lunch there and the kitchen served us very well. Enjoying the bathtub in the afternoon with that landscape gave an immense feeling of relaxation and peace. Thiago was very flexible and served us very well. My wife and I would return peacefully.

I was looking for a quiet place to rest, and Álvaro's house was simply perfect. The place is beautiful, from the deck, you can watch the sunset, a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is quiet, and the bedroom's glass window is fantastic. We didn't even close the curtain: at night, we saw the stars, and in the morning, we enjoyed the sunrise. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. During the day, we would have lunch in the city, but at night we preferred to prepare our own dinner, read a little and go to bed early. It was an invigorating stay.

Very cozy, great for resting, no noise, pure peace! I will recommend it to friends! Our days there were great! And the impeccable care of the hostesses! There was a flower vase, coffee capsules as a gift and a welcome letter! Impeccable!

We had a wonderful experience at the cottage, exactly with the vibe we expected! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and very well cared for - we even saw the fence being varnished when we arrived. Leen welcomed us with great sympathy, gave us great information about the space and important tips to enjoy the natural environment safely and comfortably. The cottage itself is charming, well planned, with a well-equipped kitchen (we even learned to use the induction stove with it!). The view from the deck was a spectacle in itself, with ideal chairs for relaxing with friends. We had a small problem with the water, but Leen was super quick and attentive: she responded to my message early and, when I realized, she was already on site checking the situation and calling for the repair. It was a warm and respectful stay — we felt included and welcome as an LGBT couple. We already miss it!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and everything works very well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Everything is clean. The room has a very nice bed. Excellent air conditioning. Shower with strong, hot water. Fan in the living room and the TVs have Netflix and others. Marshel is very attentive and capricious. I really felt at home.

Extremely clean apartment and very quiet location, i.e. no external noise, such as traffic. The building staff are extremely kind and even give information about supermarkets and restaurants. For those who enjoy a bike, there is a station very close to the apartment. And there is also a differential, Mrs. Rose is very polite and kind. He left several treats, such as: mineral water and chocolates. My wife and I felt at home. We would definitely stay at Mrs. Rose's apartment again.
