Welcome to stay in our charming annex of about 70 sqm in the heart of Lund and a stone's throw from the beautiful City Park. The accommodation is within walking distance of Lund's cultural experiences, parks, restaurants, cafés, museums and much more. The accommodation is about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. From the station, it takes 14 minutes to Malmö and 45 minutes to Copenhagen by train. If you want to hang out on the beach and swim, it takes 15 minutes by bus from the station to Lomma, Bjärred or Habo Ljung.

The apartment is on the second floor of a large villa, built in 1901. Large garden with many different rooms! A peaceful oasis!

The apartment is in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific requests. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

Miniflat with private entrance

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.

Studio 32 ligger centralt i Lunds kulturcentrum precis vid botaniska trädgården och med gångavstånd till allt som staden har ett erbjuda. Området Kulturkvadranten är ett mycket vackert område med fina gamla hus och pittoreska kullerstensgator.

This recently converted self contained apartment / cottage with a beautiful skylight has all you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
