Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Centre-Val de Loire

What an amazing place !! A true gem hidden in the heart of nature. Everything is absolutely perfect: the design, the tranquility, the high-end amenities... You feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, but alone in the world. The sauna and cold bath are a real plus. A magical experience, we'll definitely be back!

Space was nice and very clean. Close to metro station and easy to get to central Paris. Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with our 2nd stay at Annie's. The accommodation is perfect for hosting our children and grandchildren. The cottages are connected and allow you to manage naps at the sound level. The pool and spa are perfect with shaded areas. The large playground with outdoor games allows all children to let off steam! There is a seating area on the east side of the cottage with a large lime tree to stay in the shade. We're ready to come back. Thank you very much Annie and Bertrand

Very welcoming and warm host. Accommodation completely in accordance with the description. Functional, clean and independent access. Pleasant environment, all shops around the corner. I would highly recommend.

Florence is a caring and very responsive host. Perfect accommodation for 6 couples, comfortable and clean, we each had a bathroom, toilet and a double bed in our room. Well soundproofed house. Large dining room and garden furniture appreciated for our breakfast and dinner all together. St Avertin is a quiet neighborhood, well located for visiting the castles of Chenonceau, Villandry... Pleasant stay. I recommend this large house, convenient when there are many of you...

The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine), all hygiene products are present. Nearby there are grocery stores, bakeries and places where you can eat until midnight. Quiet area and a metro station is nearby. Top recommendations!

it's was nice to stay there

The apartment was exactly as described—very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with several metro stations nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Even though there are some bars on the same street, the apartment faces an inner alley, so you don’t hear any noise from the main road, which is perfect for a good night's sleep. The only minor downside is that the building is quite old, so the wooden floors in the bedroom and living room creak a bit when you walk. But if you've ever stayed in an older home, you'll know exactly what to expect. Overall, a very good stay!

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

Had a great stay overall - would recommend and hope to stay again one day. It is small, but no less than advertised, but may not work for everyone. There was a small miscommunication on the check-in timing which altered our plans last minute, but on the whole very satisfied. There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, for early morning breakfast to late night dinner, and there is even a gym a short walk away that offers week/month passes which was exactly what I was looking for. Happy to recommend to others looking for a small place to stay in a great location in Paris!

I felt very comfortable in this small, cozy place! The bed was super comfortable – just the thing after a long day in town. The bathroom is quite small, but absolutely sufficient and clean, ideal for a city trip where you can travel a lot anyway. Overall a great place with lots of charm – happy to come back!

Mary was an excellent host. Communication via Airbnb was always good and the hosts were extremely patient when check-in was delayed by hours due to a very late train. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a couple of weeks in Paris (including fans to deal with the August temperatures!). The location was brilliant as there was a supermarket and metro stop close by. This flat was a fantastic base for our Olympic stay and we are very grateful to the hosts.
