In 1998, the purchase of the mill with its pond marked the beginning of an extraordinary adventure. Three years later, the first gîte in the garden was created, offering visitors a peaceful haven. In 2006, the second upstairs cottage was created. The year 2016 was marked by the development of the garden for the trailer, bringing a touch of originality to the place. In 2017, the small gîte was created. And in 2024 a novelty appeared: the barge, offering a unique and unusual experience for travelers.

Chalet Nature

Here is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest in the back. This chalet will delight you with its calm and proximity to the chateaux of the Loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon is 12 minutes away). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

You will be charmed by this peaceful retreat, on the edge of a small pond. Beautiful fully equipped trailer for 4 people, ideally located in the heart of the Valley of the Kings. Ideal place for a romantic getaway or family time. Many sites to visit (castles, Chaumont Garden, aquarium, Beauval Zoo, Clos Lucé) Amboise is 9 km away (pretty market on Sunday morning). Numerous activities nearby (canoeing, Loire by bike, horseback riding, hot air ballooning). Bocce ball court available.

Located on the outskirts of a village with shops, restaurants and activities, you will be welcomed to discover our beautiful region and its local products. The location is ideal for visiting the Loire Castles (25 min from Chambord), Lamotte Beuvron equestrian activities (20 min), Center Parks (15 min) and Beauval Zoo Park (55 min).

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!

Unusual Percheron barrel

This unusual barrel in the heart of a quiet property will surprise you with its size. Enjoy a sleeping area with a 160/200 double bed as well as a dining area. Storage under the bed. Private dry toilets are installed a few meters from the barrel. Relax on the sun lounger in the shade of the trees and to the sound of birdsong. Electricity provided at the toilet. Water cans and necessities are provided for washing.

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

The HUGUETTE cottage under 2 oaks, is a real romantic cocoon with a retro decoration, in red tones. Lovely view of the valley. WARNING: minimum 2 days on public holidays. Heated swimming pool from May 15 to September 15, tennis, pétanque, badminton, ping pong, playground + loan of equipment to SHARE as 4 other gites on site: 1 RANCH for 9 people and 3 TRAILERS for 2 to 5 people.
