Very well appointed and furnished accommodation. A 5-minute walk from the tram, we are in the center in a few minutes. Communication with Élise is pleasant and efficient.

Ideally located apartment in Nantes, close to the center, a bakery and a small supermarket. In a quiet and safe pedestrian street. The available parking space is a real plus in this neighborhood. The reception was impeccable and flexible. I would 100% recommend!

The apartment is light and spacious and very close to the centre of town. It is a short walk from the station which was important for us with our suitcases. There is a very good bar, creperie and supermarket very close to the apartment. This is a relaxing place to return to after walking around town all day. Coralie met us when we checked in and was a most informative host. We would certainly highly recommend this apartment to others who wish to explore Nantes.

Sebastien's studio is very functional, very clean , bright , well-located, very quiet. Two more appreciated: A terrace and a private parking lot. Communication with Sebastien is easy and the arrival in his presence went perfectly. We recommend .

Great apartment: wonderful view of the sea, great balcony with evening sun. The balcony is covered, so you can also sit outside in the drizzle. The apartment is modern and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing. And the heated pool is a nice add-on! In the Ecodomaine next door you can eat well, but there are also good restaurants in the town center. We had a very late arrival due to a flight delay, but we were still able to enter the apartment, which is not a given. Thanks to Emeline, Beatrice and Marie, who were always available and very helpful - and made two great, uncomplicated weeks of vacation possible for us!

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

Great apartment in a building with a long history and very well restored. And what about the view from the balcony, or the couch depending on whether the weather is nice or less beautiful! Ideal location, close to the ocean, beautiful beaches, customs trail, shopping areas, not far from Pornic. All in a quiet environment. And thank you to Gilles for his flexibility following our late arrival!
