A cabin on high ground, designed by me in all its aspects, floating over a native forest with stunning views of Lake Gutierrez, Cerro Catedral (the largest winter sports center in the southern hemisphere) and the Andes mountain range. Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

En verano, disfrute de la playa y el lago, hacer caminatas por el bosque. Una habitación cuenta con cama de dos plazas, la otra dos camas simples. En invierno, excelente ubicación para quienes quieran disfrutar del Ski & snowboard en Cerro Catedral.

Our neighborhood is known for being a very respectful place for nature and people. A few blocks from warehouses and grocery stores. We're very close to Lake Gutierrez, trails, forests, and a waterfall. We built our house with a lot of love and created a special place where all our guests feel at home

Close to supermarkets and other shops, public transport stops, bus terminal, 200 meters from the lake and a few meters from Mitre Street, the city's main artery, through which you can walk to the Civic Center. Fully equipped for up to 4 people. It has a private patio, with a grill and a place to eat outdoors. A bedroom, living room, dining room, integrated kitchen and bathroom.

It is located on the banks of the Limay River at its source from Lake Nahuel Huapi. 20km. from the town of Bariloche and 2km. from Dina Huapi, meters from the route, and very easy to access. A safe place, surrounded by nature, where you can make beautiful walks in the area. An ideal place to rest and relax, surrounded by a unique environment.

Very bright house with grill and fireplace

A warm and bright house, ideal for enjoying Bariloche any time of the year. Fully equipped for up to 6 people, with grill, full kitchen, fireplace and radiator heating. It has Starlink satellite internet, fast and stable. All on one floor, except for a few steps at the entrance. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Parking next to the house.
