13m2 room with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a desk: this is our offer of practical and comfortable accommodation for solo trips :) We are in Carabanchel, a south-western area just outside of Madrid, at 50min by public transport from the city centre. It is a private space that shares a corridor with 5 more rooms, but ensuring maximum privacy. We have organized the space to make it as cozy as possible with the basics (there is no kitchen, we leave a coffee machine at your disposal) :)

Close to the Doce de Octubre hospital (500m), you can go for a walk to the Rio area or to the Parque Lineal del Manzanares, both less than 10 minutes walk away.
