"Balcones de Cuba" is located in the historic district of Old Havana, 20 meters from the famous Bar-Restaurant "La Bodeguita del Medio". It is a colonial house, built in 1925, a horizontal property, with 5-meter high ceilings and colorful mosaics of the time, very bright and ventilated, as it is on the third and last level of a magnificent building. Its current owners are the second owners, who restructured it while maintaining every detail of the time.
