It is a large apartment that is very well decorated, ideal for large groups or families. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus an extra full bathroom. The living room is spacious and bright with two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Antón Martín metro station. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm, there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of check-in. Antón Martin is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. Its streets are full of atmosphere and authentic places to visit, as well as restaurants and bars. This 200 m² apartment is located in a historic building dating back to 1925 and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are en suite). Completely renovated in early 2017, it has been lovingly decorated to make your stay cozy and is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, and is fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension.
