Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån at Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Nice and spacious apartment in the basement located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. Approximately 5-minute walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary services are available in the immediate vicinity of the home. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is to make guests feel at home in a place where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parking in the area for guests with cars, the fee is paid via the app on the phone.

My quiet street in Sigtuna

Centralt beläget boende i staden med anor från vikingatiden. Nära till Mälarens vatten och en härlig Strandpromenad, 5 km lång med kaféer och restauranger. Egen ingång i större hus. 1 rok (50kvm) med toalett och dusch (varmt vatten och värme finns) samt fullt utrustat kök. 150 m till den centrala gågatan. Nära till minigolf och lekparker samt ca 3 km till golfbana. Elsa Beskowkänsla med tant Brun (kafé från 1600-talet), tant Grön och tant Gredelin och så förstås farbror Blå med lille Prick.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Outside, you have large, nice parks and playgrounds. Nice hiking trails and Fyrisån river just around the corner. Quiet and cozy area. A walk of about 15 minutes along the Fyrisån river takes you to the city center, or alternatively, you have 1 minute to the city buses. Parking for cars is available.

Unique boathouse from the early 1900s with 10 meters to its own beach and jetty. The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, fireplace and wood-fired sauna. An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and do not want to live in the city center. Sleeping loft with two mattresses directly on the floor. Ladder up to the sleeping loft. Sheets and towels are included.
