The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Newly renovated cottage, with fireplace, which is as cozy during summer as during the winter. Nature outside the door offers beautiful sand beaches, rich fishing waters, cross-country trails, mtb trails and many other outdoor activities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large terrace and possibility to rent for a small aluminum boat at the nearby campground for caravans. There is a canoe (not kayak) belonging to the cabin, which belongs to the cabin, a couple of life vests.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
