A beautiful, refurbished beachside house with 4 spacious downstairs bedrooms (2 ensuite), a bathroom and utility/shower room (onto beach). Upstairs is an open plan lounge/kitchen (fully equipped) with spectacular views to sea and across the Dyfi Valley, plus a TV room/snug. Borth has pubs, cafes, gift shops and convenience stores plus a boutique cinema. It has a train station, on the line from Birmingham/Shrewsbury. Fabulous for water sports and walking. Close to Aberystwyth (6 miles).

This is a characterful family home that we rent out during the holidays. It is a traditional St Dogmaels stone cottage with far reaching views over the Teifi river and towards the estuary. Being a family home that is lived in, it feels much more cosy than a standard holiday let and is set up to be easily adapted for toddlers and young children. There is a Canadian canoe that can be borrowed on request to explore the local river, paddle to the beach or into Cardigan town.
