Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. It has easy access to public transportation.

La Casa del Almirante (Admiral's House) Guesthouse

This accommodation was the former guest house of the main property. It was renovated in 2010 but maintains the original 1960 layout. The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar. The guest house has all the necessary amenities and the permanent attention of the property owners. The area is very quiet and well connected to downtown Viña and Valparaíso.

From here you can easily reach Caleta Abarca Beach, Reloj de Flores, Shops (You can reach these spots in 15 minutes walking.) and many stops of public transport.
