The accommodation is exactly as described, even much better. The host was attentive at all times what was needed and that we had the best experience, without a doubt, highly recommended.

Great Airbnb even provided us with a private pick up that was a great little tour and helpful. If you are a warm body there is a fan but you could get hot. Shower has hot water and TV works perfectly as well as WiFi. It is a little far walk from the Main Street Santander but doable only thing about where it’s located is a little hard to describe to a tuk tuk where you’re going and they rarely pass by the street so you can wave them down to take. But overall great experience.

We loved the place, great location, very clean, nice warm shower, walkable to the downtown but quite enough at night and super kind hosts with a cute dog! :) We hope to come back!

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

The Love Nest is nestled in a corner oasis amidst several homes in a lush tropical garden. Be sure to enter in Chali Street as the other corner street entrance is compromised with major construction to improve drainage. You are close to a La Torre Suoermarket and can get anything you need for food or sundries. The small two story house comfortably accommodates two persons and is well appointed with everything one could need if you want to cook for yourself. It has a wonderful fireplace which can come in handy during the cool rainy season. It has a wonderful alpine cottage feel. The stairs are steep and designed for one-two / left-right ascent so be sure to look and step carefully and you will be fine. Our hosts and their staff were super attentive and respond quickly. Great location close to the lake and many local amenities. In Panajachel you re always just a $3 Tuk Tuk ride away from everything. Be ready to relax and enjoy this wonderful slow and beautiful place/pace.

The apartment was as advertised and John was easy to contact. Very friendly and accommodating about the check-in time at the accommodation. It was perfect.

Where can I start! I’ve have travel to over 18 countries and let me just say this has to be one of the best properties I ever stayed in. The staff is really friendly attentive! Since the moment I arrived at the lake I was very impressed but once I got to the airbnb I was left speechless. Once I arrived Miguel was outside waiting for me to take my bags. He gave me all the information I needed the house and the pueblito including a tuk tuk driver which was amazing and every time I wrote him he would pick us up in no time. Now, the house… where can I begin ? This property is definitely one of my favorite ones I stayed in. The house looks super modern yet it goes with the vibe of the lake. All the windows that it has made it even more magical. Seeing the volcanoe from my bed at night and morning is something I will never forget. The sound of the nature in the morning was one of my favorite parts. Overall I highly recommend this property to anyone interested is totally worth it.

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Amazingly peaceful cottage on the edge of Santa Cruz. The view of the lake and volcanos will from the deck each morning will forever be solidified in my memory. The home is simple, clean, and charming. I hope to return someday.

Looked either freshly remodeled or built. A lot of space. The living room is what I loved the most. It’s exactly how I would want my home. Huge Tv and couch to chill and watch a movie. You could throw a party in the bathroom. I was by myself but if you come as a small family there’s plenty of space to have your own peaceful corner. Would without a doubt rebook.

Accommodation in a very quiet area, safe neighborhood, with garage, 15 minutes from everything downtown Xela. Cecilia is very kind at all times. Recommended.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place to stay !

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Amenities are great and accommodating and we are so thankful to have new friends in the area. Un millón de gracias Diana, nos vemos pronto!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean, the view is incredible, a whole landscape! We will definitely stay here again when we return. Cariva is a super host, very kind and communicative.
