We are in Thouraz at 1700 m. in the municipality of Sarre in the Aosta Valley. The well-being of listening to the silence, the emotion of observing the starry sky, the pleasure of enjoying breathtaking views of mountains, woods, pastures... all this is the magic of our village. Breakfast is included among our services. There are no grocery stores: go up with groceries. Si trova a 12 Km da Aosta e all'imbocco della suggestiva vallata di Saint-Barthélemy, che offre numerose possibilità agli amanti della montagna, sia in estate, per l'abbondanza di itinerari e passeggiate, sia in inverno, con le sue piste di sci di fondo; la vallata ospita il santuario di Cunéy, dedicato alla Madonna delle Nevi. A circa 3 km, è visitabile il castello di Fénis.

L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

ACCOMMODATION WITH GARAGE. My place is close to the THERMAL BATHS and the CENTER OF THE TOWN that can be easily reached on FOOT. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Cozy studio in a central location

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
