I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. There are spiral stairs to the first floor apartment. You have the apartment all to yourself, your own entrance. Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Náš apartmán se nachází v Libereckém kraji, 5 km od Jablonného v Podještědí a 2 km od hranic s Německem v Petrovicích v Lužických horách. Apartmán je v domě, kde bydlíme i my. To je na úvod důležité vědět. Nejsme anonymní pronajímatelé, jsme milá rodina s malými dětmi a jistě nás tu potkáte. :) Nám se tu bydlí krásně, je tu klid, čerstvý vzduch, rozmanitá příroda, v okolí spousty turistických cílů a pro hosty je k dispozici i venkovní vířivka pod dubem, vyhřívaná dřevem s hydro a arero tryskami

V samostatném domě typu Bungalov se nachází 2 apartmány DOME A (3+KK 65m2) pro max. 6 osob, DOME B (2+KK 40m2) pro max. 4 osoby a na sousedním pozemku v samostatném objektu apartmán DOME C (2+KK 32m2) pro max. 4 osoby. Apartmány jsou plně vybaveny a u všech je k dispozici venkovní terasa s plynovým grilem a zahradním nábytkem.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
