The stay was very nice – we would love to come back. Although the property is located on a street, the traffic is pleasantly quiet. The nearby railway tracks with their hourly trains are hardly noticeable after a short time and sometimes even offer interesting views. The property itself has a lot of potential, and the promotion of insects is also visibly valued. An even stronger focus on sustainability and habitats for insects and birds would further enrich the overall picture and further underline the special atmosphere of the place. The house is very well glazed, so that no noise can be perceived inside. Thanks u so much!

The space is something special as a lavishly renovated farmhouse. But it has also remained a farmhouse and is surrounded by nature. Therefore, you should not be afraid of insects, etc. For us, it was just the right change without having to do without the comfort of a great bathroom and good beds. It's nice that Viky got it. We felt very comfortable with 10 of us.

Great communication with the host, very nice accommodation and amazing location. We liked it there very much and would like to repeat the weekend in the cottage at the well sometime. Thank you 😊😊

We spent two nights over Pentecost hiking in Bohemian Switzerland. The small cottage is absolutely quiet on a beautiful forest clearing between Jetřichovice and Všemily. It is cozy and very functional, everything you need is there. For small children, there are plenty of toys for indoors and outdoors. After a long hike, the oven and the tub are also a highlight, even if we didn't need them. We liked it very much. The hosts are very, very friendly and attentive. ❤️

Very well equipped and spacious apartman. Quiet neighbourhood with easy walking distance from the town and the lake. Highly recommend!

Accommodation with absolutely above-standard kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

Very nice small house with garden in a wonderfully quiet village, idyllically located. Perfect for New Year's Eve with dogs! No fireworks far and wide.

Great place! Loved the sauna and the fireplace, the bed was really comfortable and it was so relaxing to be in nature. Only recommendation, It has a Nespresso machine but no stores nearby sold pods so if you're a coffee fan I'd suggest bringing your own pods! We had a brilliant trip

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. Thank you and I hope to come back again:)

Jakub ist a nice host and he replied fast to all our questions and messages. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as in the photos. The roomes are very big and the pool and sauna was very clean and fun to use . Only downside are that there are costs which are not mentioned in the booking itself instead were written in the house rules.

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

It’s been a pleasure for us to spend a weekend at this place. It is exactly as on the photos, there’s wifi, hot water, kitchen, barbecue zone, everything for a great weekend with friends. The neighbours are not too close, so no one was complaining about loud music or laugh :) pets are allowed, the public pool is right across the road, there’s also a decent shop nearby, and they accept cards. We really enjoyed this place.

Everything was as I expected. Very nice garden and surroundings of the village. The home has everything you need.

We spent a weekend with the family at Vaclav's place and felt very well taken care of. Especially the garden and the proximity to nature were worth gold, as there was always work for our children.

We had a great Pentecost weekend and were very happy with the place. Issues were responded to immediately and very kindly. We ate and drank well at the brewery. For the dogs and us, the surroundings by pedis,but also by car, were wonderful for hiking and exploring. We'd love to come back!

Martin was a great host! Very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We had some trouble getting in because we did not have the right password to the lockbox, but luckily the neighbor was able to help us. It is exactly as described, nice small cabin. A little further from the lake than we anticipated, but was still quite close. Overall a nice place to stay and would recommend.

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

Very good location in the center of Stary Splavs right next to the park with a playground. The park is lined with beautiful old timbered houses. The apartments are about 100m from the harbor/marina. The lady at the front desk willingly allowed us to store our children's bikes in a lockable bike room. Covered underground garages are a bonus for staying guests. The only thing to improve - buying more dishes so the dishwasher can be used more efficiently.

All good, beautifully renovated cottage. We loved it there. The cabin was tidy and everything was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby and yet it was quiet at night. We'd love to come back right away! Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay. The house has everything you need. The mattresses were very good. And everything was blitzs clean. It would have been nice if the meadow was mowed all around. Our dog had collected some ticks😉. But the property is very nice and you feel yourself in the middle of nature. We spent most of the time on the covered terrace outside. Just beautiful.
