We had the pleasure to stay at this house for 3 nights and really loved it there. Especially the outdoor area is awesome. The surrounding is peaceful and not to far away from the Kotor fjord. Bubo is an awesome host and very responsive. Top choice for family with Kids!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Ilija and Danka were very kind. They called us restaurants and attractions nearby and were always communicative.

Our stay was fantastic. Kieran was very responsive and gave us lots of helpful advice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It’s got a great view however, the hill is very steep to walk up in the heat! Thanks very much :)

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

We enjoyed the view while sitting on the terras. The quietness and nature. We stayed 6 saus and on the morning of Day 4 when we returned homefrom early beach visiit, Elena had cleaned the appartement, we got fresh towels and sheets. Very Nice surprise. Elena gave some very good restaurant options. She also gave many beach options of which we enjoyed the most quiet one. Elena is the best host there is. The best host we ever had.

Our stay in this property was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the terrace was beautiful, and the kitchen was small but perfect. Sandra, Nicola, and Radovan, were all incredibly helpful and caring, and we never felt like we lacked anything. Sandra even helped us book a taxi back to the airport! We had a brilliant time in this location, with the beach and old town really nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

We had an amazing stay - sad it was so short and sweet! The house is stunning and facilities are excellent. The short walk to the beach front was an extra bonus that really made our time in Montenegro with its crystal clear water and secluded swimming spots!

Where do we start? PikHost's home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and feels like the vacation home everyone would like to sneak away to. The town is up in the hills where you can see cows roaming freely and watch the birds play while floating in the pool. The home is very roomy, has all the amenities of home and a very modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you would ever need. We definitely would return since we have fallen head over heels in love with Albania.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

This villa in the hills above Petrovac is pure paradise! Surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views, it offers total peace and privacy. The stone house is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The highlight is the stunning pool with panoramic mountain views – we spent hours relaxing there. The large terrace with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for sunsets and starry nights. It’s close to the beaches of Petrovac and ideal for exploring Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Lake Skadar. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every detail is perfect. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and luxury in Montenegro – book this place.
