Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Close to the ski resorts of Ancelle, St Leger, Chaillol and Orcières, it is surrounded by hiking trails in the Parc des Ecrins. Ideal for families, it offers a large living room with TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, mezzanine for the children's area with a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room with toilet and separate toilet, terrace.

Nearby: Lake Serre Ponçon, whitewater sports, many hiking trails from Champsaur and Valgaudemar, Tallard airfield for your parachute jumps, Golf 5 minutes away!

Pour votre séjour à la montagne, un studio fonctionnel au rez de chaussé de notre maison, pouvant accueillir un couple ou petite famille, c'est un lieu calme et ensoleillé, propice à la détente. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.
