Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Absolutely felt like a peaceful family vacation where we lost track of time . I asked Imelda, the lady who cleans the house if they had something like Uber eats and she shared with me a phone number to call for food deliveries by the local restaurants or supermarkets if we didn’t feel like driving out to the town. We sure used it because we wanted to enjoy the house itself and our pool. The beach “Chacalilla”, is beautiful and we also enjoyed the beach club.

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

Muy buen alojamiento excelente piscina zona muy tranquila. Los anfitriones siempre están al pendiente sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, el anfitrión muy amable y flexible, la casa está super cerca de la playa, el único problema es que por la noche no hay mucho que hacer, ya que no hay restaurantes cercanos, tienes que trasladarte a guayabitos centro que esta como a 7 minutos en carro.

Paulo is a fantastic host, very responsive, and this house is spectacular! We had the best time for my bachelorette as a group of 8 and it was plenty of space. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. The views are unmatched! We will be back :)

La casa espectacular , vale cada peso que se paga , las fotos a pesar de que se ve bonita la casa es mejor cuando la vez , la alberca suficiente cómoda , muy espaciosa la casa , muchos detalles, tiene todo lo que se ocupa y más , claro que regreso , muy buena ubicación y buena zona . Nice space, conveniently located and very comfortable with everything needed for a fun stay in Sayulita.

It's difficult because much of our complications didn't have to necessarily do with the house itself. We loved the house. It was extremely difficult to get to and from town even when purchasing a golf cart, to which depending on the size of your group, we would definitely would get more than one cart because it was hard getting a lot of people up and down the mountain and charging the cart was a problem. I killed a very large cockroach that was on the very high ceiling of our bathroom but I had to spray chemicals all over to get it down. Also killed a large black scorpion in the master bedroom. Again, not necessarily the houses fault because you're literally almost in the woods up there so it made sense. The cleaning lady that was there every day was super kind and helpful. We had massage therapist come up to the house twice which was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the house but would probably stay closer to town next time.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

We had such a fantastic vacation at Buen Tiempo! Traveling with our family of eleven was a blast, and Jeff made it even better. He was super friendly and incredibly attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. We can’t wait to return to Buen Tiempo for another amazing time!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

What an incredible experience! Brooke’s place is just a block from a great beach with surfing and paddle boarding, and it’s so easy to head out in your bathing suit whenever the mood strikes. The locals in Punta Mita are extremely friendly, and there are some really fantastic and affordable nearby restaurants. Brooke is a wonderful host and was always responsive to our questions. So grateful I found this place and will be back!

El lugar está muy cómodo. Lissa nos recibió y nos trato muy bien. El lugar es bastante amplio y tienes todos los accesorios para cocinar, ir a la playa. La alberca tiene temperatura templada perfecta. El sitio está a 2.5hrs de Guadalajara y es de muy fácil acceso, está excelente para una escapada de fin de semana Airbnb necesita más anfitriónes como Lissa 😊
