Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Chacarita

Javi was amazing as our host here - really good as we had a delay. Thanks so much! The place itself is a fabulous bit of old time Buenos Aires: the best flat in a great building. I can only imagine the history there - parties, gatherings, christmases, birthdays, love, despair, hope and glory! Nice, easy walk to all the best San Telmo sites and sounds too - plus not too far from micro centre and even La Boca if you fancy a longer stroll. A short stay, Javi, but an excellent one - thank you so much x

It is very comfortable. The bed is super comfortable and large. The bathroom is really spacious and works perfectly. The heating is very nice. The building has 24-hour security. They've been great attentive. The wifi works very well. Super useful, since we work from there. Daniel, the host, is very attentive and responds to messages right away. Leaving the SUBE card is a great touch for travelers. Everything neat, clean and pleasant.

The accommodation is very well located, half a block from squares and avenues. There's a coffee shop right across the street. The building is quite new and well maintained. It has 24-hour security. The apartment, as shown in the publication, is very clean and tidy, and has everything you need, very complete. The bed is comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is great. I just have to say that the neighbors were a little noisy, but there's not much the "host" can do about it. Mariana was attentive. I recommend it!!!

Location is perfect! Loved San telmo, and loved the apartment! Great location for Buenos aires in general as it is close to central... Ariel and Mariana, are great hosts and very responsive.. Also everything in the apartment worked well.. Perfect place to stay if exploring Buenos Aires! We'll be back! 👍

Very good apartment, wonderfully located in the best area of Buenos Aires. Comfortable, cozy, tastefully decorated and with all the comforts for 4 people. Excellent value for money and most importantly, you feel at home. Very good communication with Alejandra and her team, which made the stay much easier. Highly recommended.

Posh neighborhood… safe clean and beautiful flat … office nearby and the instructions given is clear and they also keep my luggage before check in .. Highly recommended

I only give 5 stars because you can't give more! Everything was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, large and comfortable, the location was great, but I really highlight the attention received. We had to stay one more night and they solved everything quickly and always offered us help. The security guard is a sweetheart! Truly recommended. We'll be back!!

I stay an entire month in the barbara house! A luxury all, the divine place, connected to nature, many sounds of birds. Barbara treats me as if I were a daughter. Lindisimo, I recommend!

We booked for one day, a place located in a quiet neighborhood. Claudia was very attentive to receive us and coordinate the check-out. I recommend it.

Ideal for a large group as it has several rooms and several bathrooms. It has a very good grill and a kitchen / dining room for everyone. Super comfortable and neat. If you have any questions or problems, you can communicate through airbnb and respond very quickly. The only improvement is that check-out is very early (10am) and late check-out is quite expensive. It has no background but in our case that was not an issue. Recommended.

Excellent service and predisposition of Osvaldo and his wife. The apartment has everything you need and what it describes in its advertisement. I would like to highlight the fact that there is parking in the building, which I consider a value proposition.

This is a really great place. The apartment has a lot of light since it’s in the corner and it’s bigger than others in the area. The location is really amazing as well. The view of the pool is really nice. Just keep in mind you won’t be able to bring guests unless you register them in advance.

Great apartment that is right on Avenida Corrientes, a half block away from the subway. The host was very communicative and graciously was able to meet me at 2 AM in the morning to pass along the keys because I was getting in to Buenos Aires on a very late flight. The apartment was well-equipped and has a nice balcony facing the main avenue, as well as access to a roof deck with a pretty panoramic view. I would recommend!

Thank you, 100% recommended, very attentive hosts, always available, in a very good location, quiet, good lighting. I would improve by adding cooking utensils. Everything else was perfect. A few very happy days :)

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Palermo Hollywood! The check-in process was super smooth and easy, which made arriving stress-free. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The rooms were spacious and well-kept — perfect for our group of friends. The location is amazing — close to great restaurants, bars, and shops, and we always felt safe walking around. It really felt like we were in the heart of Buenos Aires. For the price, this place is absolutely worth it. Great value for what you get. We had a really fun and memorable time here. Only reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because of a few small things that could be improved (like [insert any minor issue if you had one — if not, you can say “just small details like towels or lighting could be slightly better”]). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting BA with friends!

Great apartment. Comfortable, safe and in a great location. In addition to the warmth of the hostess who promptly attended and guided us in everything we needed.
