A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

Excellent place, highly recommended. Very close to some restaurants in the area. The host gives answers with immediate solutions to everything.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.

the place is very accessible, close to the Carmelites where there are several things to do on foot, there are also the Mariscal, del Sol and Paseo la Galeria malls accessible on foot. The apartment is very quiet, we only had a few cats in the area that were walking on top of the car. Glen put together a group of waps where we always had an answer to everything we asked for. everything impeccable and recommendable.
